PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to convey a rear portion of their property to the abutting landowner to
the north, known municipally as 2768 Cassels Street.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be conveyed, shown as Part 1 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application,
is landlocked has an irregular depth of 20.12 metres and will contain a lot area of 454.2
square metres. There is an existing shed on this property.
The land to be retained, shown as Part 2 on the plan submitted, will have a frontage of
20.07 metres on Bradford Street to a depth of 37.79 metres and will contain a lot area of
760.3 square metres. This parcel contains the existing detached dwelling known
municipally as 64 Bradford Street.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
