PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order
to create a new residential lot.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed is shown as Parts No. 2, 3 and 4 on a sketch filed with the
application, will have frontage of 61.6 metres on McCaffrey Trail and will contain a lot
area of 1.82 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be known municipally as 8731
McCaffrey Trail.
The land to be retained is shown as Part No. 1 on the said sketch and will have frontage
of 148.35 metres on Fallowfield Road and will contain a lot area of 10.14 hectares. This
parcel contains an existing Equestrian (barn/arena) and is known municipally as 8745
McCaffrey Trail.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
