PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
The Owner wants to demolish the existing dwelling located on the property and
subdivide the property into three separate parcels of land. One parcel will contain a
proposed two-storey detached dwelling, and it is proposed to construct a two-storey
semi-detached dwelling on the other two parcels, with one dwelling unit on each of the
parcels.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for Conveyances.
