PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
The Owners want to demolish the existing dwelling and garage located on the property
and subdivide the property into four separate parcels of land. It is proposed to construct
two, three-storey semi-detached dwellings, with one dwelling unit on each of the newly

concurrently with these applications.
