PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
At its Hearing on July 22, 2015 the Committee adjourned Application for Consent (D0801-15/B-00238) for severance of 5050 Innovation Drive in order to allow the Owner to
amend the application as well as file an additional consent application for the severance
of 383 and 385 Terry Fox Drive.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for Conveyances,
Mortgages /Charges, Partial Discharges of Mortgages/Charges, Grants of
Easements/Rights-of-Way and a Maintenance/Joint-Use Agreement. The property is
shown as Parts 1 to 37 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the applications and the separate
parcels will be as follows:

for the benefit of Parts 27 to 37 (383, 385 Terry Fox Drive).
A grant of easement for parking purposes over Parts 13, 14, 23 and 25 for the
benefit of 4000 Innovation Drive.
A grant of right-of way for access purposes over Parts 12, 16, 18, 20 and 24 for
the benefit of 4000 Innovation Drive.
