PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of its property to the abutting landowner to the
west, known municipally as 2569 Mer Bleue Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be conveyed, shown as Part 1 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application,
is landlocked and will contain a lot area of 131 square metres, this vacant land is to be
conveyed to 2569 Mer Bleue Road.
The land to be retained, will have a frontage of 121.92 metres on Wall Road to an
irregular depth of 160.67 metres and will contain a lot area of 5.003 hectares. This
vacant parcel is known municipally as 176 Wall Road
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
