PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order
to create a lot for a surplus farm dwelling.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontage of 78 metres on Blackcreek Road and will
contain a lot area of 1 hectare. This parcel will contain the existing detached dwelling
and four accessory buildings (3 sheds and a workshop) and is known municipally as
2184 Blackcreek Road.
The land to be retained will have a broken frontage of 124 metres on Blackcreek Road
to an irregular depth and will contain a lot area of 21.4 hectares. This parcel is vacant
and will be known municipally 2194 Blackcreek Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
