PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to convey a vacant portion of their property to the abutting landowner

The land to be severed is shown as Part 1 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application,
will have a frontage of 100.0 metres on Stonecrest Road and will contain a lot area of
The land to be retained will have broken frontage of 294.74 metres on Stonecrest Road
and will contain a lot area of 30.4687 hectares. This parcel contains an existing
residential dwelling known municipally as 4926 Stonecrest Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
