PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners wants to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order
to create one new lot.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontages of 82.21 metres on Minogue Crescent and
93.03 metres on Millburn Crescent, is shown as Part 2 on a draft 4R-Plan and will
contain a lot area of .8759 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be known municipally
as 1345 Millburn Crescent.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 99.12 metres on Millburn Crescent to an
irregular depth of 95.97 metres, is shown as Part 1 and will contain a lot area of .9628
hectares. This parcel contains the existing detached dwelling known municipally as
1325 Millburn Crescent.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
