PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners wants to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order
to create a new residential lot.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontage of 52 metres on Farmers Way, a depth of
210 metres and will contain a lot area of 0.8 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be
known municipally as 4624 Farmers Way.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 115 metres on Farmers Way, a depth of
398 metres and will contain a lot area of 5.7 hectares. This parcel contains the existing
detached dwelling, a barn and 3 accessory buildings known municipally as 4628
Farmers Way.
The application indicates that the property is the subject of an existing Hydro easement
as set out in Inst. No. N429577.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
