The retained land will have a frontage of 77.2 metres on Mitch Owens Drive to a depth
of 133.38 (irregular) metres and will contain a lot area of 10,102 square metres. This
parcel is shown as Parts 5, 6 and 7 on said plan and contains the existing detached
dwelling which is known municipally as 5862 Mitch Owens Road.
Approval of these applications will have the effect of creating two separate parcels of
land. Both parcels will not be in conformity with the requirements of the Zoning By-law
and therefore, Minor Variance Applications (D08-02-15/A-00116 & D08-02-15/A-00117)
have been filed and will be heard concurrently with these applications.
THE APPLICATIONS indicate that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
