PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to establish an easement/right-of-way over a portion of their property
which forms part of a shared accessway, in favour of the owner of the property known
municipally as 3332J River Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Grant of
Easement/Right-of-Way. The easement/right-of-way land is shown as Part 3 on a
sketch filed with this application, has a frontage of 25.3 metres to an irregular depth of
9.14 metres, will contain an area of 231 square metres and will provide access for the
owner of 3332J River Road (Part 1 on said plan).
The Application indicates that there is an existing right-of-way described as Part 3 on
Plan 4R-28499, originally conveyed in OS21901 and required for access purposes.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
