PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of the property to the owner of the abutting
property to the north, known municipally as 8216 Fallowfield Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed is landlocked and will contain a lot area of 9.5 hectares.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 420 metres on Fallowfield Road and will
contain a lot area of 86 hectares. This parcel contains an existing dwelling, and 5
accessory buildings (three barns and two sheds) known municipally as 8120 Fallowfield
Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
