PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide her property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create one new residential lot.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontages of 977.9 metres on Springhill Road and
407.18 metres on 8th Line Road and will contain a lot area of 39.24 hectares. This parcel
is vacant and will be known municipally as 8540 Springhill Road.
The land to be retained will have broken frontages of 940 metres on Springhill Road as
well as 407 metres on 9th Line Road and will contain a lot area of 39.1 hectares. This
parcel contains the existing detached dwelling and four accessory buildings (sheds and
garage) known municipally as 8562 Springhill Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
