PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
At its Hearing on November 5, 2015, the Committee adjourned this application to allow the
Owner time to address the concerns of the City’s Planning and Growth Management
Department. The Owner has now revised the applications and now wants to proceed with
subdividing the property into three separate parcels of land.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for
Conveyances. The property is shown on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the applications and
the separate parcels will be as follows:
1495 Dwyer Hill
The retained land will have frontage of 213.16 metres on Crawford Side Road and
946.1 metres on Dwyer Hill Road and will contain a lot area of 26.46 hectares. The
parcel is vacant and is known municipally as 1475 Dwyer Hill Road.
THE APPLICATIONS indicate that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
