Plan of Subdivision: The site is currently undeveloped and consists of a 11.16-hectare portion of the property described as 3285 Borrisokane. Some of the lands further north have obtained Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval for residential, parkland and commercial uses. A future school will be located to the north-west. To the east, on the other side of the Kennedy-Burnett Stormwater Management Facility, is future High Density, Mixed-Use development as per the South Nepean Town Centre Community Design Plan. To the south is the Jock River flood plain. The Draft Plan of Subdivision proposes approximately 200 residential units on full services consisting of 125 detached dwellings and 75 rear lane townhouse dwellings, one park block, one environmental block, one block for the future Chapman Mills Drive extension and 8 local streets.
