Plan of Subdivision: The original Draft Plan of Subdivision was approved on July 13, 2006 and revised on July 17, 2007. On June 7, 2010 a 3-year extension was granted under Section 51(33) of the Planning Act prior to the lapsing date. On July 7, 2013 a 1-year extension was granted and will lapse on July 5, 2014. The purpose of this application is to grant another 3-year extension to allow for a development that will include a commercial/business park on Blocks 1-3, the Carp River Corridor on Blocks 4 and 7, the transit corridor on Block 5, the Didsbury Road widening on Block 6, and a Stormwater Management pond on Block 8.
