Plan of Subdivision: West Beach Way is proposed to be extended easterly to connect with Old Prescott Road. A total of 45 lots ranging in size from 0.21 to 0.85 hectares are proposed to front on the new public road as well as a storm pond, and park block. A walkway block is proposed to connect from South Beach Boulevard near South Village Drive to the new public road. The subdivision is proposed to be serviced with individual private well and septic systems. The existing zone is Development Reserve Subzone 1 (DR1) to recognize the lands are to be developed. The proposed zoning is a Village Residential First Density Subzone E (V1E) with an exception to allow the maximum lot coverage to increase from 15% to 25%.
