Plan of Subdivision: The proposal is to revise an existing draft approved subdivision to reduce the lot sizes through the creation of a conservation subdivision. The initial draft approved was for 76 lots and this proposal is for a total of 95 lots. Some lands associated with woodlands, wet areas and watercourses are proposed to be held jointly by the future lot owners to be conserved for their natural features.
