Access to these lots will be via an extension to Dibblee Road. The public road will have a 20 metre right-of-way and end in a cul-de-sac. The Owner wishes to have two large 2.8 ha. (7 ac.) Lots at the southern and eastern points of the development to take advantage of the visibility created by Highway 416.
