Plan of Subdivision: The proposed subdivision would permit up to 40 semi-detached dwelling units on the entire site where the current zoning permits singles on the exterior of the site and row dwellings on the interior. Hamilton Street is proposed to be extended south of the property and there will be one new street within the proposed development.
