All lots are proposed to have an area of 0.8 hectares or greater and to front onto internal roads. Approximately 19.3 hectares in the southwest portion of the golf course is proposed to be developed into 21 lots on a new cul-de-sac with a connection to Franktown Road. Approximately 4.7 hectares in the northeast portion of the golf course, east of the Jock River, is proposed to be developed into 5 lots on a new cul-de-sac with a connection to Copeland Road.
