Site Plan Control: The proposal is to develop three new residential building of 4.5 storeys in height. The first building will have 84 units, the second building will have 75 units and the third building will have 72 units. The proposal will also include the replacement of the existing parking structure with a new structure. This parking structure will be incorporated within the 72-unit building. Lastly, the proposal will reconfigure the surface parking and landscaping, which will include the addition of visitor parking spaces to the semi-circular driveways of the existing buildings.
