Site Plan Control: A Site Plan Control application has been submitted in order to construct four residential towers on two parcels. On the northern parcel, the proposal intends to contruct Tower 3 and Tower 4 of Petrie's Landing I, at heights of 22 floors and 18 floors, respectively. The southern parcel is to contain Tower 5a and 5b of Petrie's Landing I, at heights of 32 and 22 floors, respectively. A Rezoning application has been submitted to permit an increased maximum height for Tower 3 from the permitted 109.4m above sea-level (A.S.L.) to 127.9m A.S.L. and for Tower 4 from the permitted 109.4m A.S.L. to 113.1m A.S.L.. A maximum height increase has also been requested for Tower 5a and 5b from the permitted 101m to 158m and 127.9m, respectively. The Zoning By-law Amendment application also seeks permission to allow various commercial uses be permitted on the ground floor of Towers 5a and 5b, in order to provide a mixed-use building on the site & a reduction in minimum parking requirements for 5a & 5b View application on ottawa.ca
