Site Plan Control: The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan application to permit the development of a 27 storey mixed-use building with retail uses at-grade, 303 residential units above and six storeys of underground parking. A total of 188 parking spaces are proposed on site, including 159 for residents and 29 spaces for visitors. Seven of these spaces will be accessible spaces. 201 bicycle parking spaces are proposed. The north, east and a portion of the southern fa├žades of the Medical Arts heritage building will be retained in the proposed development. View application on ottawa.ca
