Site Plan Control: The new development consists of a place of worship and residental accomodations. the place of worship is one storey (2655 sq. m gross floor area) and the residental component is two-storey (635 sq m gross floor area). this site will be privately serviced and will include one access for vehicule ingress and egress. the site also includes associated parking and landscaping. while this facility is being approved and constructed, the society will use a temporary one-storey prayer facility (>350 sq m). that space will be converted into storage over the long term. a rural site plan control application for the interim prayer facility has been submitted ocncurrently.
