Site Plan Control: The Planning, Infrastructure and Economic Development Department has received an application for Site Plan Control at 398, 402, and 406 Roosevelt Avenue to permit the redevelopment of the site for a six-storey mixed use building. The proposed development includes two commercial units, 35 residential condominium units, an underground parking garage with 23 parking spaces, and a rear surface parking lot with nine spaces. An on-site sign will be posted shortly, and all community groups registered in this area will receive the full circulation package in the mail within the coming weeks. Please note that this Site Plan Control application will be circulated concurrently with the associated Zoning By-law amendment application for the site (application number D02-02-17-0125).
