Site Plan Control: To construct a business park to be known as the Conroy Business Park. A Phased Plan of Condominium is intended to be applied for following Sit Plan Control Approval. the business park will include two phases. Phase 1 will contain two, 2 storey buildings of 18 units in total. It is anticipated that Phase 2 will contain a single 2 storey building with an approximate GFA of 2720m2 with the unit count yet to be determined. The proposal conforms to the Official Plan and complies with the Zoning By-Law View application on ottawa.ca
