Site Plan Control: A Site Plan Control application has been submitted to accommodate the construction of three commercial buildings. Building 'A' is proposed to be a retail food store with a total floor area of approximately 3,193m2, including a mezzanine. Building 'B' and 'C' are proposed as smaller complementary retail stores with a total floor area of approximately 978m2 and 548m2 respectively.
