Site Plan Control: The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan application to allow for the new development of a three-storey retirement residence with a gross floor area of approximately 4,800 square metres. The residence will include 143 units ranging from studios to 2 bedroom suites, and will include outdoor amenity space. A total of 100 parking spaces will be provided outdoors and in three small parking garages, and 36 bicycle parking spaces will also be provided. The site will have access from Gouldbourn Forced Road via a full movement intersection.
