Site Plan Control: Site Plan Revision. The applicant is proposing a two storey mixed-use building with retail uses on the ground floor and office uses on the second storey. The building will have a gross floor area of approximately 2,500 square metres. Parking for the site will be provided from the existing Centrum parking areas. The structure will be oriented towards the shopping centre, however opportunities for future entrances from the north, off Kanata Avenue, will be incorporated into the design.
