Site Plan Control: Two 6 storey buildings connected by a 2 storey building. The six storey building to the west will be residential apartments and will contain 105 one and two bedroom units. The six storey building to the east will be a hotel and and will contain 100 units and a breakfast café. The connecting two storey structure will serve as amenity space and will include a pool and a fitness center on the lower level and a large open terrace on the second level.
