Site Plan Control: The proposed large format retail centre will be comprised of an anchor grocery store and a second large format retail space. There will be twenty smaller commercial units and two commercial pads for banks with drive-through facilities. The units will be grouped in six single storey buildings framing a central parking lot. Vehicle access will be provided from both Limebank and Earl Armstrong Road. There will be 349 parking spaces on site. A separate driveway from Limebank Road will be provided behind the food store to access the loading bays of the food store and other commercial units.
