Site Plan Control: The Site is municipally known as 250 Vanguard Drive. It is located on the south side of Vanguard Drive, west of Tenth Line Road. The site has an area of 6823 square meters with a frontage of 196.46 meters. The site is currently vacant and mostly flat. The site contains no trees or shrubs and consists mostly of long grass. Light industrial uses and retail uses surround the property to the north, east and west and a hydro corridor is to the south. The proposed two-storey industrial building will have a gross floor area of +/- 2,770 square meters. The office space and operations functions will be located in the front of the building, while the fabrication and large material warehousing functions will be located at the rear of the building.
