Site Plan Control: The proposed development will consist of two (2) commercial buildings, constructed under two (2) separate phases. Each building will be subdivided into two (2) units of 297 square meters each on the ground floor (595 square metres of gross footprint area) with additional office space for each tenant on the second floor of 121 square metres each (242 square meters total on second floor). In general the buildings will consist of loading bays, storage space with attached office space for tenants. A total of 20 parking spaces (includes 1 barrier free parking space) are proposed to be provided for each building.
