Site Plan Control: The purpose of this Site Plan Control application is to redevelop a section of the upper part of the plaza that was destroyed by fire in 2009. This section of the plaza is to the east of the existing retail units and pub, and itself abuts a fast-food restaurant located on the next lot east of the plaza. The proposal is to build two retails stores and a bank with a drive-through service. The combined size of the proposed units and bank is 550 m2. The applicant intends to add 14 parking spaces to the plaza to accommodate the new development and add new landscaping in relation to the proposed drive-through area. View application on ottawa.ca
