Site Plan Control: The application proposes a three, mixed-use buildings consisting of residential and commercial uses. The proposed buildings will all be three storeys in height. The building facing Strandherd Drive is proposed to have a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 1530 square metres consisting of ground floor retail, second floor offices and third floor residential apartments. The building fronting onto Kennevale Drive is proposed to have a GFA of approximately 1870 square metres consisting of medical and retail uses on the ground floor, second floor offices and third floor residential apartments. The third building is proposed to have a GFA of approximately 2000 square metres and will be split vertically with a portion of the building facing Prem Circle consisting of seven three-storey street townhouse units and the portion of the building at the rear facing an internal parking lot consisting of ground floor retail uses, second floor offices and third floor residential apartments.
