Site Plan Control: An application for Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control have been made in order to permit the construction of five townhouse units with frontage on Shefford Road, and a semi-detached dwelling with frontage on East Acres Road. The site is currently zoned Residential Second Density, Subzone N (R2N) according to the City of Ottawa Zoning By-law 2008-250. The applicant is proposing to rezone the site to Residential Third Density, Subzone O (R3O) in order to permit townhouse dwellings, and to permit a smaller lot area for the semi-detached dwelling than what is permitted in the R2N zone. All seven units are proposed to be two storeys and would include attached garages.
