Site Plan Control: The site is proposed to develop as a self-storage facility.The site is currently vacant and has been used for crops. There is an existing hedge row along the easterly lot line and existing vegetation within the flood plain abutting the creek. Nine buildings are proposed to be constructed in phases for a total of about 3700 square metres. Six parking spaces and one loading space will be created with 2 entrances off of McBean Street. An on-site storm pond is proposed and existing vegetation will be retained within the flood plan and along the hedge row at the rear of the property.
