Zoning By-law Amendment: The City of Ottawa has received Site Plan Control and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to permit the conversion of the existing three-unit dwelling into a 7-unit low-rise apartment dwelling. It is proposed to rezone the property from R4H [480] (Residential Fourth Density Zone, Subzone H, Exception 480) to R4S [480] (Residential Fourth Density Zone, Subzone S, Exception 480), as the R4H zone limits the number of dwelling units permitted in a low-rise apartment dwelling to four units.
