Zoning By-law Amendment: The site is currently undeveloped and consists of a 11.16-hectare portion of the property described as 3285 Borrisokane. Some of the lands further north have obtained Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval for residential, parkland and commercial uses. A future school will be located to the north-west. To the east, on the other side of the Kennedy-Burnett Stormwater Management Facility, is future High Density, Mixed-Use development as per the South Nepean Town Centre Community Design Plan. To the south is the Jock River flood plain. The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to change the current zoning from Development Reserve (DR) to reflect to proposed urban development consisting of mainly residential View application on ottawa.ca
