Zoning By-law Amendment: The City of Ottawa has received a Minor Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit the redevelopment of the site for an eight-storey residential building behind the retained two-storey commercial building along Bank Street. The proposed development includes retaining the two-storey building along Bank Street, a new eight-storey residential building with 124 dwelling units behind the two-storey building, surface parking at the rear of the site for 11 vehicles, and a two-level underground parking garage with 111 parking spaces. Access to the parking garage is to be from Fifth Avenue and access to the surface parking lot is to be via a one-way aisle from Fourth Avenue with egress on Fifth Avenue.
