Zoning By-law Amendment: The purpose of the zoning by-law amendment is to facilitate the use of the selected site for the new Hospital. Its is proposed that the entire site will be rezoned into a new Institutional - I2 Zone. The purpose of the new Institutional Zone will be to permit the main uses of a hospital, office, research and development centre and related ancillary uses.
