Zoning By-law Amendment: The rezoning is for the backyards of the lands at 6219 and 6227 Renaud Road that are currently zoned DR and being severed off (D08-01-16/B-00209 and D08-01-16/B-00207, respectively) and via lot line adjustment being added to the properties that front onto Melodie Street, to the north - which were previously registered under a Plan of Subdivision D07-16-07-0018 PH2. Once these lands are rezoned to R3Z to match the zone of the parent (accepting) parcel, then 2 blocks of townhouse buildings will be erected, with 4 units in each building, as street townhouses fronting onto Melodie Street in Trailsedge Phase 2a.
