Zoning By-law Amendment: The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control application to permit the construction of a 25-storey residential tower with 352 dwelling units, commercial uses at grade, and underground parking providing 120 vehicle parking spaces, and 398 bicycle parking spaces. The rezoning requests the permission of permitting limited commercial uses, and reductions in the parking rate, aisle width and access. The existing 28-storey tower on site contains 188 dwelling units. View application on ottawa.ca
