Zoning By-law Amendment: Request a reduced minimum lot area from 1 hectare to 0.407 hectares and a reduced minimum lot width from 100 metres to 'no minimum'. The requested amendment would permit business park development lots to front on a private road. The concept plan for the land illustrates seven lots on Block 3 and five lots on Block 4 which will front onto the two proposed private roadways.
