Zoning By-law Amendment: The property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of paths Diamondview and Thomas A. Dolan Parkway, about 4.5 kilometers north-west of the village of Carp. The lands to be rezoned have an area of approximately 32 hectares, a facade of 243 meters Diamondview path and a 307 meters on the Thomas A. Dolan Parkway. The surrounding area is mainly agricultural. It also has some residential areas. Carp River runs through the property to the south of the lot area. Accessory buildings on the property will be dismantled or demolished, in accordance with the decision by the Committee of Adjustment. The request was made in order to fulfill a condition that the Committee of Adjustment has attached to the approval of the disjunction authorization application D08-01-15 / B-00141.
