Zoning By-law Amendment: The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment applies to the Hazeldean Road corridor between Huntmar Drive and West Ridge Drive. It includes properties on the south side of Hazeldean between West Ridge Drive and Carp Road; on both sides of Hazeldean between Carp Road and Stittsville Main Street; on the north side of Hazeldean between Stittsville Main and Sweetnam Drive; and on both sides of Hazeldean from Sweetnam to Huntmar Drive. The amendment generally applies to those properties fronting on Hazeldean but may also include properties on abutting side streets that exist within the same corridor. This segment of Hazeldean Road was designated in the Official Plan as an Arterial Mainstreet through the last Comprehensive Review of the Official Plan. The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment will serve to implement this designation by applying Arterial Mainstreet zoning along this corridor. View application on ottawa.ca
