Zoning By-law Amendment: City Initiated - The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment applies to the King Edward Avenue corridor between Rideau Street and Bruyere Street. The amendment generally applies to those properties fronting on King Edward but also includes properties on abutting side streets that exist within the same corridor. King Edward Avenue was designated in the Official Plan as a Traditional Mainstreet through the last Comprehensive Review of the Official Plan. The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment will serve to implement this designation by applying Traditional Mainstreet zoning along this corridor. View application on ottawa.ca
