Directly to the east and west are light industrial uses and immediately south of the site is Coronation Avenue, with low density residential dwellings situated further to the south. Details of Requested Zoning By-law Amendment Proposal The Site is designated Mixed Use Centre in the City's Official Plan and is zoned IG3 - General Industrial, in the Zoning By-law. The applicant proposes to rezone the property from IG3 to MC - Mixed Use Centre. The proposed change is to permit retail uses on-site.
